  We regret that we cannot accept young children under the age of 5 years old on our tours, excluding VIP tours where any age is acceptable.

• IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
  This Tour includes some outdoor itinerary, such as visiting Eilean Donan Castle, including a ferry crossing, please bring outdoor clothing and footwear (including umbrellas), suitable for this tour conditions and highly variable Highland weather. The tour doesn’t involve lengthy walks or require high levels of fitness, however, some tour locations may optionally involve walking up a short steep hill or stairs (e.g. in castles).

• LOCH NIS (LOCH NESS). The world-famous and mysterious Loch Nis (Loch Ness) with its breath-taking views. You’ll explore the Highlands wildest spots, mysterious lochs, stunning glens, charming villages, epic castle and Heilan’ Coos on this thrilling journey to the ‘Misty Isle’.
  
  
• EILEAN DONAN CASTLE AND EILEAN DONNAIN (ISLAND OF DONNÁN). Prepare for a fairy-tale ‘Elandonnan’, this beautiful 13^th Century picturesque Highland Castle is a Scottish icon recognised all over the world, it steeps in history and was once a Jacobite stronghold. The Castle of ‘Elandonnan’, the ancestral Seat of the Clan MacRae on behalf of the Clan MacKenzie Chiefs sits on a small tidal island of Eilean Donnain (the Island of Donnán) at the confluence of three sea lochs and is connected by a short bridge to the mainland. Eilean Donan Castle was used as a filming location for ‘Highlander’, ‘Bonnie Prince Charlie’, ‘Loch Ness’, ‘The New Avengers’ and James Bond, ‘The World is Not Enough’. Step back in time at the Island of Donnán while enjoying your short break and learn the story behind the castle old Gaelic inscription aligned to the Clan Fraser of Lovat.

• AN CUILTHEANN (CUILLIN HILLS) AND PORT RÌGH (PORTREE). Embark on a special journey through time and history Over The Sea To Skye. These spectacular, rugged and dramatic An Cuiltheann (Cuillin Hills) are a world famous mountain range with the summits of steep cliffs and a bare rock, jagged in outline. Feel the majestic spirit of The Cuillin as we are about to begin our journey on the stunning Isle of Skye. Set around its natural beautiful harbour and fringed by high ground and cliffs, the picturesque town of the King’s Port or Port Rìgh (Portree) is where you’ll enjoy lunch and a special Skye craft gift shop.

• SLIGEACHAN (SLIGACHAN). Don’t need to stray far away to see why time travellers have stopped here, this is where to come to see the spectacular 360-degree view that so often graces the Skye postcards. Sligeachan (Sligachan) or a ‘shelly place’ lies at the head of Glen Sligachan and divides the rounded Red Cuillin from the jagged Black Cuillin. Listen to an old Tale of the Clans and the chilling story of the Skye Ghost Car while enjoying Sligeachan’ magnificent views from the picturesque stone built bridge under which, River Sligachan flows wide and excitable, you’ll learn of its magical power and the Fairy Legend of the Sligachan Old Bridge.

• BEALACH NA RÀTAGAN (MAM RATAGAN PASS). Prepare for a time-travel over the sea from Skye and enjoy the MV Gleann a’ Chaolais, a unique part of our Highland heritage and one of our tour specials! You’ll cross over the sea just like Bonnie Prince Charlie did in 1746 and discover the original way of the Skye crossing used for hundreds of years before exploring the remote, quiet and spectacular Bealach na Ràtagan (Mam Ratagan Pass). While there, enjoy a breath-taking scenery of the beautiful Loch, surrounded by the sublime Kintail Ridge and learn the veiled old Gaels’ Legend behind it.
